Attendance Forms

If your child is ill and cannot attend school, please call (0208 444 8488) or email (office@muswell-hill.haringey.sch.uk) the School Office by 9.00am on the day of illness.

For ALL other absences, no matter how brief (doctor/dental appointments, holidays etc) please complete an Application for an Absence of Leave Form in advance of the absence. The completed form should be returned to the School Office, marked for the attention of Elaine Mason.

Daily absence reporting online is not yet available but we are working on it and hope to have it up and running soon.
